Jayanta Basak is working as a Senior Faculty of Data Science at iLEAD College Kolkata and pursuing PhD in Engineering (Department of Information Technology) from Jadavpur University. Prior to this, he has worked as a Senior Research Associate in Social Informatics Research Group (SIRG), Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta for 6 years. He has done Bachelor's and Master's in Computer Science and Engineering from the West Bengal University of Technology. He has more than 12 years of experience in academics, research and software industry.
